Aww, that's a bummer, man. I have to say, I don't know much about self-ballbusting. I've never seen anyone do it nor have I talked to anyone about it. I think you kind of need another person to do it right, because you probably WILL flinch trying to do it yourself. Best of luck to you and I hope you find someone else to kick you in the nuts!
